Location: Sanford Hospital Canton-Inwood
Description: The Diabetes Education Program at Sanford Hospital Canton-Inwood is offered in two class sessions. Topics covered include general information about diabetes, blood glucose monitoring, exercise, label reading and meal planning. A registered nurse will also work with patients regarding foot care and medications.
