Every Season. Every Sport.
Rehabilitation Services at Sanford Hospital Canton-Inwood

When an ankle sprain threatened to sideline Canton athlete Jake Roskam, he turned to the experts in the rehabilitation services department at Sanford Hospital Canton-Inwood. With certified physical therapists on his team, Jake was quickly back in the game.
“When I started therapy my ankle started feeling better right away,” says Jake.
And, that is a good thing since Jake is an active young man. Whatever the season, whatever the sport, you’ll likely find Jake. He plays third base in baseball, is the football quarterback, a basketball forward and runs track.
No doubt about it, athletics is a huge part of Jake’s life, but he is also an excellent student, a member of the peer helper group BUDS and the Canton Lutheran Church youth group.
Jake doesn’t have a lot of spare time so being able to receive treatment locally was a definite bonus. “It was just easier. It took a half hour instead of 2 hours out of my day,” he says. According to Jake, therapy has strengthened his ankle, helped with mobility and has given him more confidence.
Now, that’s something to cheer about. Whether you are a star athlete, weekend warrior or #1 fan, don’t let an injury slow you down. Let the team of therapists at Sanford Hospital Canton-Inwood get you back to doing whatever you love to do.
